This is Wyatt, rescued from a collector in 2006. He and I have a very special bond because he listens and hears me “communicate” wherever he is…He represents the natural world like no other dog I have worked with and is my ‘poster’ boy for all my love of rescue work. From the collector he went to a shelter and after 3 months was slated for euthanasia twice because he was so anxious. I literally stayed with him in his kennel so that he would remain safe and stop shaking. He told me he wanted to be here and that very day someone showed up to adopt him. He is doing beautifully and turned 3 on Oct. 12th healthy and HAPPY!!!!! and has the most loving family a dog could want! Has even gone swimming in Lake Siskiyou!!—-Adrienne
